These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our event ticketing platform (the "Service"). By creating an account, listing events, or purchasing tickets, you agree to these terms.
Organisers are responsible for the accuracy of event information, compliance with local laws, honouring ticket sales, and handling refunds according to their stated policy and applicable regulations.
When you buy a ticket you enter into a contract with the event organiser. We provide the technology to complete the purchase; delivery of the event and customer service for the event itself is the organiser's responsibility unless we state otherwise.
Card payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Fees, currency, and payout timing may apply as shown at checkout or in your organiser dashboard.
You must not use the Service for unlawful events, fraud, spam, or to infringe others' rights. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
The Service is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, except where law requires otherwise.
We may update these terms. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
